PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES:

1.) The hotel requires advance payment to guarantee the reservations. Upon reservations your option for payment will be indicated.

2.) For guaranteed bookings, there will be a (1) one night cancellation charge per room reserved for cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date.

3.) A no-show penalty equivalent to the total number of room nights reserved will be charged, should guest/s fail ti arrive on the scheduled date.

4.) Excess payments after cancellation charge has been deducted are non-refundable. However, this can be used for future bookings.

NOTES:

1.) Please indicate on the booking order all charges that will be paid by the travel agent. All other incidentals not mentioned will be on guests personal account.

2.) Guests should present your official voucher upon check-in.

3.) Hotels official check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is at 12 noon.
